Responsible for the independent supervision of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise C.N.A.s and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Must have state license as Registered Nurse and be available for flexible hours to meet staffing needs

Must be state registered nursing assistant in Pennsylvania. Performs direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.
